Approach everything you do with a certain level of positivity. Not positivity in a sense that you have to be constantly smiling to everyone you cross paths with or walk around with a smiley face sticker. Positivity in the sense that you place all your inhibitions, limits, fears, anxieties, and stress to the side and in place of all those you put your best foot forward and let your self-confidence, will power, work ethic, and a sense of peace overwhelm you. What you bring to the table is ultimately what you're going to walk away with. The challenge for this week is to let your best you shine. Let your voice be heard. Let your ideas flow through you and write them down if you have to.
Whenever you have a negative thought that you can't do something, replace it with a good thought that you are going to be able to either do it or find other ways to solve your problem. Whenever you find yourself talking badly about a person, switch it up and say something nice about them. Whenever you find yourself sluggish and complaining about the work you don't want to do, change your attitude towards the job and find something to be grateful for (like having a job in the first place with a high unemployment rate). Make someone laugh, tell an interesting goofy story, or just be your best self.
That's the challenge for the week! Be the best you and see how things turn around even in the slightest bit.
