There's Always A Reason
Though its cliche, everything in your life does happen for a reason. You just really have to be attentive when it comes to figuring out why things are happening at the time they do. Everyone you meet is exactly the person you are suppose to meet at that given time. You could be at rock bottom in your life right now, and that's the perfect time to examine everything that is happening in your life. It's the perfect time to reflect. The perfect time for the spiritual renewal you wanted with your relationship with God. It's the perfect time to make amends with those we've lost sight when we were too busy. It's the perfect time to set aside the time and just think what went wrong and how I can make it better.
Rock bottom? That's the worst time to do all that thinking and hoping for change. It's actually the opposite. When things are going great, you're making all this money, friends are around you all the time, and you're going out every weekend. Does that really give you the time for introspection and self-reflection? Can you really build yourself when you're happy already. When you hit rock bottom, just think to yourself, now is the time for me to get things together and make things right. Things aren't going that well, you're not making as much as you wanted to or maybe you lost your job, not everyone is around you like they used to be, and you're not going out in fact you stay inside because you don't want to be around people who are happy when you're not. Don't feel ashamed it's just the time. In our lives, there are highs and lows. When you're at your low, you're in a transitional period because things will get better. While you're at your low why don't you make sure that you're ready when things do get better. Continue to work on you so that when you're at your best, you're truly better than you've ever been.
